HERS® Ratings

 

Our certified Home Energy Raters provide HERS Ratings for single and multifamily new homes, as well as existing buildings. Our raters conduct on-site diagnostic testing and inspections and provide projected and confirmed HERS certificates required for building permits and certificates of occupancy and to qualify for available incentives. TLP has provided HERS ratings for more than 2,000 homes since 2008.
